Red Velvet Cake is a cocoa-flavoured, rich & moist cake served specially for Valentine's Day. It's creamy, velvety, and has the colour of a loving heart & a must for Valentine's Day. For making this cake eggless replace the 2 eggs on the recipe with 1 large mashed banana. So get cooking guys.

FOR CAKE
150 gms Flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp Baking Powder
a pinch Salt
1tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
200 gms Butter
150 gms Sugar
2 no Eggs
125 gms Curd
Red food colour - 1 tsp
1 tsp Vanilla extract
FOR FILLING & TOPPING:
Cream Cheese - 250 gms
Sugar (powdered) - 2tbsp
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Whipped cream (sweetened) - 150 gms

If u use salted butter then no need of salt but if u use unsalted butter then u should add a pinch of salt
