In my opinion, these two girls exude the most charisma in Red Velvet. I’m not saying that the other members lack in charisma, heck they pretty much stand out amongst other kpop groups, it’s just that Seulgi and Irene seem to pop out to me more. Pretty much every new comeback has been better in my opinion. I was disappointed with HYLT. It's mostly Teddy's fault, since he gives us the same songs (FORMAT NOT SOUND BEFORE YOU START TRIPPING). I don't care if it's a pre-release or not. That's not an excuse to put out a mediocre song after waiting over a year, and from a BIG 3 girl group.

The concept is...... They're monster to each other. If you watch the interview for Monster promotion, they're called "Irene interviewing Irene" and "Seulgi interviewing Seulgi", means that they are the same person, yet a same monster. The whole video basically show how they're trying to control each other. Many times they're embracing each other (even nearly kissing), referencing the words "You can't kill your monster, you'll just gonna live above it. So, love yourself".

I honestly think the story behind is way more raw for it to end with a basic "love yourself", I don't mean to offend but not everyone who has a monster inside of them learn to love themselves or with a happy ending. Judging by the lyrics and video it seems like the story line has more to offer.

Sure Blackpink and Twice are more popular in comparison, but in terms of raw talent and creativity you cant get much better than with Red Velvet even with just two members! Edit: So first off, I'm sorry if you feel offended for both Twice and BP for what I said. I happen to enjoy both groups a good bit and when i said they are more popular, it didnt mean that arent talented because they wouldnt be popular otherwise. I always look for his video reaction whenever my favorite artists release new MVs. He makes viewers like it because of the way he react even when he likes or dislikes the song.
