And if you think their title tracks are great, just wait until you get into their B-sides. Korean netizens recently voted RV as the group with the overall best discography in Kpop.

Someday you have to check out Seulgi's duet mv with Moonbyul "Selfish", and "Wow Thing" with (G)I-dle's Soyeon, Gfriend's SinB and IOI/soloist Chungha, both incredible releases. Wendy is one of the handful of idols who always comes up in debates over the best vocalist in kpop (which made her injury all the more devastating as it included a cheekbone fracture which can affect your voice) Joy has my favourite vocal tone in RV, so soothing, her recent solo album was a breath of fresh air. You got all of their names right! Joy is only 5'6" haha, it's just that the rest of RV are tiny, must be one of the shortest groups in kpop

Irene and Seulgi got their own sub-unit in 2020 and made quite the splash with Monster and especially their promoted b-side Naughty (that song has the crazy hand choreo you pointed out!), while Wendy and Joy debuted as soloists in the first half of this year. All three title tracks/albums are amazing, so hopefully you can check them out as well when you're all caught up with the group MVs x) And yeah, a guide is always just the beginning. You learn the members the best with watching random/funny content, it's also the best way to connect to them. Red Velvet is one of the groups, where it's hard to pick a bias, but Joy stole my heart before I even knew Red Velvet (I watched her first drama!) and four years later she's still my number one :D

I got into Red Velvet like 5 weeks ago, and their V lives are funnier than a lot of comedy shows on TV.

alot of people will recommend this "a mess" series and i do agree these will be fun but i feel like they dont fully show theyre personalities until around number 14 so it would be good to do at some point but i do recommend other videos like any funny moments or seulbearish videos

I was at the show where Seulgi lost her hair extension. It was during their show at NJPAC in Newark, NJ during their 2019 tour of North America.
