Red Bud Industries is a leading manufacturer of heavy duty, High Speed Slitting Lines that set a new standard for performance and productivity. Our Slitters are quick change artists. They offer the quickest set up and changeover in the industry. Our systems feature the industry’s only Uncoiler to Recoiler “hands free” threading. Additionally, our system allows the operator to automatically feed the strips into the Recoiler clamp without touching the material. Our systems also require minimal personnel and include state-of-the-art guarding. As a result, our Slitters provide a high degree of safety while being the most efficient line on the market. Minimal foundation work and our industry leading 5 Year Warranty are also standard.

Out standing machine, I'm sure it is expensive but looking at this after being in the slitting business for 28 years; In the right hands this machine would pay for itself in 5 years or less. With the customer base anyone has it would draw more people to where ever you put it. very impressed

I operated a slitter for Worthington Steel out of Columbus Ohio years ago so I know what I'm looking at and I must say the industry has come a long way. I see a lot of inovations that we didn't have back in the 80's. Nice machine. Very well thought out. No doubt a very good producer.

I worked on a 48 and 42, the machines were old, had to load and u load with Hilo’s and use the forks to take them off the turn style, I seen a lot of coils get messed up with forks sliding and actually breaking, this company defiantly knows what they’re doing

@@dsrevo79 We unfortunately do not sell kevlar sleeves. We did a bit of research and found that Amazon has a number of kevlar sleeves on their site. Please let us know if we can be of any more assistance.

If your firm is tied to the dock with: UMI, FORTE, PAXTON, PRO ECO, STAMCO, WEAN, YODER, OLDER BRANERS, OLDER CHICAGOS, LOOPCO, slitters your ton/man hour is so bad, these relics are the main reason COB'S and Presidents tell me they would sacrafice and send coils to toll processors You must have proper equipment. For the last time: it's not what the machine costs, it IS how much do you MAKE with it. There are older guys with nice companys sliding downwards and the "kids" that run the company are spell bound by the old man. as it slowly deteriorates. Sorry gals and guys, open your recon to what most successful companies are doing, its not 1990 anymore
