No back 4 available for almost... the Whole season... in EPL should be NIGHTMARE for the top managers also... But sadly the management wants to end the process of team building is not at all expected from the MU FANS... I would request the management to think twice...

Sacking the current coach is absolutely moronic; it takes time to clean out previous strategy and support elements, to then install new strategy, which covers support staff plus players. If he gets all his resources and at the end of say 4 to five years has not obtained consistent improvement then, consider removal. A football club has so many moving parts that all areas need to be in harmony to obtain fantastic results. Think people, MU is in the FA cup final AGAIN; win or lose, they got the chance to play!!

How have Ineos decided to sack this guy. Performamces and results have been poor but we all know why for the most part. Injuries to key players, Rashford being off form, Martial being unavilable yet again, Casemiros levels dropping, Eriksens levels dropping, Onana making costly mistakes which he has fixed now. Maguire captaincy issue, Antony allegations, take over rumours, Greenwood, Sancho, Rashford behavioral issues. I mean how can any man work and be successful in this scenario BUT despite all that was 8 points off top 4, and final in FA Cup. If they sack Ten Hag and bring in Mckenna or Southgate, i will go to a psychiatrist and tell her to delete Man Utd from my brain

I’ve been saying this all season. Ten Hag should get another season to prove these issue’s this season are the reason for the league finish. Also hopefully with a good transfer window and the right additions added to this squad without this season’s problems we can get back on track next season.

We tend to forget what he did last season. This season, many players were injured. He is the man for the job. However, he needs to clear off the squad. Onana, Shaw, Maguire, Evans, Wan Bissaka, Ericksen, Mount, Sancho, Martial and Rashford must all go.

It was bad under Jose, Ole and Rangnick but I've never seen any manager be targeted in every press conference like they do with Ten Hag. I actually dont think he is the right manager to take United to the top again because there too many mistakes he makes with player ID, tactics and selections, HOWEVER, simply because of how targeted and harassed he has been by the media this year, I hope they give him another year

It’s Eric Ten Hag or no coach, the game we beat man city 2:1 at old Trafford gave me an insight that ETH is the best man for the job. I have never seen man city players and Pep so terrified as they seemed in that game. Give him time and sell useless players like trashford!!!!

a good number of our players (Rashford, Shaw, Martial, McTominay) are the same lot Mourinho "complained" about during his tenure. I don't understand why they keep protecting them and sacking managers the moment things go south. Both Arsenal and Liverpool struggled for atleast three years (with Arteta & Klopp)'before they got to where they are now while no United manager (post Fergie) has been at the dugout for atleast three calender years.

Forget the fans or the media, if the people inside the club and the club hierarchy don't support, believe in and help the head coach/manager when things aren't going well, WE HAVE NO CHANCE to succeed. Arsenal believed in, supported and helped Arteta make massive changes in the club and clear-out the rotten apples and are now reaping their reward. Pep Guardiola needed help after his first season. Klopp needed the same help after the first two seasons. Sir Alex Ferguson needed that backing after a tough few seasons - WHERE WOULD THIS CLUB BE IF THEY SACKED HIM?? Unai Emery wasn't supported at Arsenal and they sacked him. Aston Villa gave him all the tools to succeed and he has! If you look at history, the list is never ending. The state of the club behind the scenes is shambolic and has only delayed the chance of achieving success. It's a team sport and they don't know the first thing about what that means.

Yeah it's quite sickening that they've decided to sack this man. Despite all of the terrible performances and results, we were 3 wins away from top 4 in a season plaqued by injury. The stats will tell u that is the minimum difference of your first team being available for the majority of the season and also got us to another cup final. Remember Ole chocking in the semi finals all the time? I really like Ten Hag and he deserves a new 3 year contract just because of how well he has dealt with all the bullshit off the pitch while keeping things steady in the pitch. Ineos have pissed me off

Lots of support for Eric 🎉BUT whilst I have sympathy, he’s refusing the “offer” of continuity by insisting he’s a manager not a coach despite crazy, crazy decisions (Anthony, sacking De Gea when we had no money to back Casemiro with a young aggressive mid field dynamo etc) and lack of warmth with the players. He’s simply not a Manager and nor is this the modern model for an owner !!! Simple time to go Eric.

Might as well sack all the recruitment department as they've done terrible with the resources available. That's why Eric ended up with 1 striker (inexperienced 20 yr old), having to rely on an academy player in CM, in his breakout season in the senior team, and the likes of Jonny Evans in defence and no left back for half a season.
