Nades - I really appreciate your videos and the time and effort you put into them. I've watched almost all by now. In fact, it re-spurred my interest in PC gaming. I bought another system and picked up DAYZ first. I have about 30 hours in the game but feel I am way ahead of the curve thanks to watching your gameplay. I purposely am not using an online map and only have the tourist map and orienteering compass so I can discover places. It's pretty cool when I run across places I recognize in your videos or the one time I saw a chopper crash or the first time I came across a military installation. I am playing on an official server mostly and it's funny how the blood gets pumping when I see someone from afar or see a light at night or when you hear shots...especially the shots. Keep up the good work my friend! - from a mid 40's gamer.

There were quite a few moments where I started getting lightheaded watching, only to realize shortly after it was from anxiously holding my breath lol. Another great video, very entertaining!

After I found this series, it got me so into it, I had to buy the game, showed it to a good friend and he got sucked in aswell. We ended up buying the game with the DLC so we can play on the same server. First thing we did was visit the little island where you made your base, such a sad sight to see. Moment of silence, then we took your advice, started the search for a good location for a base. We play solo, as in both on one pc together. After a few deaths, we got the gear, the tools and we're half way through with our base right beside a small lake. I feel like watching your videos really helped with getting started, and now we can't stop haha. Thanks for all the hard work and beautiful editing you are doing, love it! P.S. Don't shoot people in bases beside a lake, it could be me

Here’s the thing, I’ve never got to a point where I was able to build a base. I was either died of some illness or killed by someone or my game lagged out and I lost my character or starvation . Though I keep coming back to this game cause it’s fun and it’s rewarding when I find that bottle of water or that rifle or shotgun with a couple of bullets and a mag. It is truly a surging game at the core and I don’t know why people hate on it. Yeah sure it has some bugs buts it’s pretty polished at this point in time, except for those servers that has a small area and a lot of players and everyone is just killing each other

@Baby Nades - Being that I'm new to Dayz maybe this will be considered a dumb or ignorant question, but can you explain to me what is the point of building a base? It seems obvious that a base is begging someone to come investigate it, plunder it and flush all of your hard work and time down the toilet. Might as well plant a sign out front saying "free loot inside" as it seems no base is impenetrable. The literal hours that it takes to gather supplies to build a base, round up the precious loot and transport it back to the base only to have it stolen from you not only seems to be an exercise in futility, but a massive waste of time. It seems to me one would be better served simply burying all of their loot in a very discreet secret hiding spot somewhere out in the forest. Am I lost in the sauce on this one? Btw, I really enjoy watching your videos. Very entertaining, great production and quality edits.

Ahh man , that was a good island spot to build on..... However it's really Risky as it's a Minor Small Island surrounded by Splitting Lake , which is a Bad Spot on the Map ( Usually Games like these specialy playing and running builds Solo ). That spot was good , but not good for PvP Content actually specialy as a Lone Wolf Campaign Journey 😅😆 I've also had similar incidents with other Survival Games even tho i did built on a Big insane Island with 3 others of my Real Friends on the game ARK : Survival... But the purpose for our Island Fort build was to basically initiate a Bunch of Dinosaures that are Tamed , and basically go to War with an other Faction or Guild... As we started the Game , they got Beef with us 🤣🤦🏻‍♂️ And i played RUST Solo too and lost my 1st ever Base Camp that i Built , but its Fine later... This what makes us better at Gaming ( Even tho with this all , i'm a much Pro-Player on mostly Third Person Shooter and Combat games rather than First Person Shooters ). But i restored back my First Person Shooting Skills and Talents , thanks to the High-School days in which i was an OG Pro-Counter Strike player with the same Folks... All with that being said , the Most Online game that i've ever Played was World of Warcraft of course with like 7 other Real Life Buddy Bros for about 5 Years straight from 2010 uptill 2016 i remember. But now that i lost my eye sight & need Glasses i'm just currently sticking with Console Gaming mostly just PS4 Pro & PS5 current gen 💯🔥💪🏼
