Hello everyone! In this week's video, I am redesigning one of my old original characters! My brain has started to think about Inktober 2020. This year I want to make a short story about my characters Tokumei and Hime. But Hime design is really simple and not very interesting...so let's see if I can fix it.

When you went onto Pinterest for some reason my eyeballs glided towards the Hanfu you had saved onto your board I was like “hEy ThAt’S mY cOuNtRy’S tRadiTiOnAl oUtFiT” because I was looking at references of them this morning -while getting jealous and crying on the inside cause they looked bOoTiFuL- (Ya I watch too much C-Dramas and also personally I rlly like Chinese traditional stuff cause it looks amazing lmao) -8:10-- that’s Chinese traditional stuff ok I’ll stop-

Lizz_ Playz Me? I’m Chinese as my parents are both from China but I was born and raised in England so even though Chinese is my first language English is something I had to learn if I wanted to be able to “blend in” with the English children here so my English is fluent while my Chinese sucks lmao

Oh my, Koyuki's design is so nice to look at! I also like how in when she's royal, she looks obviously serious, and has a vibe "I'm not gonna go easy on you"(idk how to describe it other way). But in when she's in disguise, she seems like an older sister, that's patient, kind and understanding.

The hair "shape" reminds me of Lila from Miraculous tbh but I still live your work! I love, how you blend different East Asian elements, like Hime's "sneaky" clothes are Japanese inspired, and her princessy one, is clearly Chinese inspired. And the best part is that it all works together so well! A lot of people just put characters in kimonos and yukatas and call it "Chinese" and vise versa, but you are very through about it.♥️ Also, congrats on joining us, light novel writers!

Wow you did such an awesome job re-designing her! Now I wanna re-design one of my characters too, except it’s not exactly that. I drew this girl with a ponytail and kept drawing a girl with a ponytail. Then I stylized her hair more and gave her a personality but she’s still not a completed OC. So more like continue designing her lol.
