Right now, I think the strongest players in the game are around 4000% buffs, so 2000% debuffs would be the highest required. And I agree that if you have 1700% debuffs, that would be enough to defend against most players. But even getting that 1700% is extremely difficult 😅 Which is why I think every reasonable increase in debuffs is worth getting, and more valuable than increasing buffs 😇

Or at least to make your 2k buff get more done

Helm, chest, legs, boots.... just pick the piece with two buffs instead of one. The single debuff ring hits archer, so lead with that, but add a few of the double debuff ring to balance debuffs/address shortcomings. Lead with axe, add a few spears to fine tune.

I am already happy with my almost 900 M troops in my little K33, I have took off all castle decorations so the big guys K40-45 most of the time blind hit me. It's always same fun. Now CoC starts in two hours, let's see if I can perform as good as I did last two seasons there. But I have messed up my gear in my pvp generals and subs. Trying to get set debuffs in my subs instead of having uneven number of gear on a general. I'm still using Queen B (awakened, 8.4 M) and Isaac Brock on my wall. They perform good together / way better than Leonidas and Marshal in my personal tests. The highest sub generals I have ascended are only 1 star 😂 That being said though, If you do want to upgrade your sub generals, then it's a matter of what debuffs you want, and not the ascension. So in that case, it might be perfectly fine to keep your Hojo and Baldwin, even though you can't ascend them, as long as they are providing you with the right debuffs you want 😉👍

Gear from ache & civ gear has innate debuff ability, you just need a debuff general to wear those gear, most debuff have certain type of debuff that specific for certain debuff general

For subs, debuff is far important than buff. Buff only affects the small number of troops from that sub. Ideally, you need to start putting full sets of achae gear on all your subs. Focus on debuffing range first. Classic is the Axe, Courageous Helmet, Courageous Armor, Fearless Leg Armor, Courageous Boots, and the Courageous Ring. If you are bigger (K35+) and start facing more ground attacks instead of ranged, mix in 2 or 3 of Spears and the Fearless Ring to increase your ground debuffs. Later on, you can upgrade achae sets to Parthian sets. It is important that you do the upgrades as sets, so you keep the full set debuffs. Similarly, you neeed to get sub mayors that debuff ranged at first and then put some in later that debuff ground. Current group is 3 Baldwins, Darius, Jan Karol, 6-star Amr ibn al-As, Mark Antony, Hojo, and the Nordic Barbarian King.

@@Stephen-ro5jc those are mostly premium general & not everyone could get those unless you are gonna coin big, I would recommend to get debuff gen from tavern which way way cheaper, like Margeret, Andrew Jackson, Nero, Catherine, Harald

By this I mean they set a rally so they can use their in rally buffs and sacrifice the debuff.

They can afford to do that because their buffs are so high that they will overwhelm a.lot of players, even without their subs. But don't forget that most of these players have gone very far with their research in the military academy. So they already have a ton of attacking debuffs and might not need their subs.

Fair point 👍 but I think differently on that. The way I see it is that I wouldn't want to be sending my ground March in where there are a lot of cavs. I'd be sending it into archers, and for that, debuffing the archer attack would be more helpful. But to your point, if you have a strong enough ground March that you can solo keeps with ground, then having the mounted attack debuff would make sense since the keeps would have lots of cavs in there 😇👍

Actually, I got hit by a K42 this SvS and survived it easily 😁😁 Well, you might feel that way now, but trust me, I can tell you 100% that focusing on debuffs the right way will help you out more than you can imagine 😇 You will become a believer 😁😁

To my point all debuffs are not the same. Siege Attack is easiest 😅. Give it another year and you will be obsessed with Siege Def and hp debuffs😅

This case I do agree, it's very hard to get the civ gear frag & think of other area that need to improve the buff & debuff, f2p is not have the previlage to get much better attack or defense

Not entirely true. There are realy good tavern generals and important note is to think about what stats you actually need to debuff.

​@@luckystarz9845 Unless you coin you end up with basic generals, little to no civ gear, less sub cities and over all lower debuffs. Once you face the 3k + corners you realize Evony killed the f2p players and is slowly killing the low to mid level coiners in the game.

I would imagine very few people The point I made in the video about 3000% debuffs was to highlight the fact that buffs increase much faster than debuffs do. That is one of the reasons why increases in debuffs are more valuable 😇

Not true at all. Our server has a pure T1 trap player that defeats the solo attack of k45s all the time. Always scoring positive by a couple B points each svs. It can be done with parinthian gears and great refines. Just be patient and do what is possible one day at a time.
