Lincolnshire's Redhill Farm have complete control of every stage of production from their herd of free range pigs that have been ethically bred and reared on their Freedom Foods accredited farm.
Everything is produced by hand using simple but highly skilled butchery methods to produce the very best quality products.
Redhill Farm’s loin of pork comes from free-range duroc cross pigs raised in the heart of Lincolnshire. “Great aroma and beautiful marbling of fat right the way through the centre,” said our Great Taste experts who also applauded the meat’s clean depth of flavour and silky,sweet fat.
