What I find most interesting about this track is that the Freedom Motif is treated as an extension for Petaly's theme. It's like he's so obsessed about his former glory that his idea of Freedom is just... Being popular once more, no matter the cost.

This feels like THE most natural way to include ‘Flowey’ as a character so I really do hope something close to Petaly ends up being the case for the secret boss of chapter 3! Or as the secret boss of whatever chapter the flower shop ends up being. Not to mention, character wise, Petaly feels pretty damned close to what Flowey would be if they never had meta awareness and access to saving.

Everybody loves putting the voice clips from spamton and jevil into these songs. But if you're gonna do a secret boss idea based on flowey, why not use more voice clips from the old mcdonalds commercials flowey orignally pulled his voicelines from? It would fit.

fun fact, there's secret artwork in this image. if you invert the colors and raise the brightness (or lower the brightness depending on the order you do it) you can see a face that looks more similar to the original flowey
