Its still a grt phone if you can get it for 9k. In the middle the price had dropped. But now again back to launch price. For 9 k.. it has full HD display and a good g80 processor, charges quickly even without fast charge. Considering these, you can go for it. If availed any offer For 8-9k - narzo 30A, 4Gb variant best 9k - redmi 9 prime. 9.5 k - redmi 9 power ( for wide angle camera) , poco m3 ( for 2 gb extra ram) And i have had hands on experience on all these phones. All are equally good.
