After miui14 update.. My phone automatically shutdown and didn't open. Then I take my phone to customer care. They said they have to replace my phones motherboard and it's cost 12000 rupees.

After update on miui14 Xiaomi, redmi,poco, device under 5k to 25k every device effects on this issue, because cheap hardware chipset, software doesn't sink with hardware. Motherboard soldering rods melted heavy power consumption on software. Mobile motherboard dead please don't update miui updates

I haven't face any issue at all.. I have been always updating to latest MIUI, it's been 2 years using this phone. Still perfectly working. Yes, I have uninstall useless app, optimise as much as I can, stop ads, etc... My phone still runs smoothly, soother than my friend's same redmi note 10 pro.

Wait for some months you will also face the same situation 😢 My phone completed 33 months was about to complete 3 years in July and yesterday my front cam died after I took some selfies I'm not a heavy user my phone runs smoothly but cam dead now seeing comments from other videos I'm mentally prepared for audio dead and then phone dead issue

Just a thought. I went to the service centre once for this phone, because the option for fingerprint just vanished, hence fingerprint was also not working. I checked, this was also an odd problem for this device. They fixed it but recommend that I only update the device if any problem exists. This was before the miui 14 was even released. Now, with these problems i wonder why they recommend me not to update 🙄. Glad i was not quick to update to miui 14
