I think the SD865 also comes into play? Having a high megapixel count is like having high refresh rate, it doesn't always translate to better and consistent results

Its not surprising that the Mi10T Pro is ahead of the other smartphones. But for the price the other is doing a good job.

With improvements of updates the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5g will be better than Xiaomi Mi 10T 5G on photos and videos....you will see.... And the CPU Snapdragon 750G 5G is better than the older Snapdragon 765G 5G

Wow I didnt expect them all to be so close! I feel like they all retain the same amount of detail based on the video. The only part where I saw an outright winner was for rear video, which the 10TP won because of that OIS and SD865. I think if a consumer just wants an upper midrange camera performance for cheap, the Note 9 Pro 5G is definitely a good option since it even keeps up with the 10TP.

Me too. The 3x3 pixel bining techonology should be better than the other two ( 2x2) in low light, with raw file should have more detail.

I have been thinking about the Poco X3 NFC, because it offers good specs. But then I've thought about either the 10T or 10T Pro, because the 8K capability. Now, I'm thinking about MAYBE having the Note 9 Pro 5G, because if it's 108MP, for which, to be honest, has Superb photos as you showed (but not yet distributed in Israel), and the Mi 10T For it's 8K. What would you advise me....BTW: Up to this day I'm using the Mi 9T and it's, in one word A TREMENDOUS AND AMAZING phone. Snappy, quick, great camera improvement, and helps me with each task I do. I'm still 'rocking' a Galaxy S6 (LTE version) and really can't workout how little I can get away with spending to still see a worthwhile improvement in buying a new phone. Obviously the S6 isn't the fastest anymore but then I don't play games on it, it can take a few seconds sometimes to load WhatsApp or switch apps, plus it annoyingly closes apps down because of a lack a RAM sometimes but on the flip side, the main camera is still pretty decent imo and the screen is a nice OLED too. Why bother changing it if it still works for me? Well the battery life can be a little dodgy, I believe it's only Android 8 so missing some features, when it goes really slow it can be very annoying and finally photos are very important to me so are some of the cameras out there noticeable better than this?

Mi 10T pro does have SD865 which has a better Image Processing hardware as well which I think is also helping here, apart from the software optimization. When you're capturing image with such a big sensor andcsuch highbpixel count, then applying all kind of software algorithm to get the final image, powerful ISP in SD865, definitely helps.

What really jumps out to me is that there aren't really any meaningful differences between the stills. Sure, one looks a little sharper here or there when zoomed in X5.. but what Joe Average is going to give a crap about that? I bought a Mi10t lite a few weeks ago.. and quite frankly I'm glad the Redmi Note 9 5g's main shooter doesn't blow it out of the water! As Frankie says though, we'll see what happens after a few software updates
