At first i was just amazed how xiaomi can produce quality phones that doesn't cost u an arm and a leg. I got the redmi note 7 when it first came out and it still function like a champ. Was planning on getting myself a newer one but after comparing each of the newest model i decided to just keep using my old phone. Almost all specs are close to being identical. Nothing new, same look, and nothing the older models cant really do. Until they make a phone that stands out and different from the previous ones they made... I ain't buying. Great review👍

Just what I thought too na yung advantage lang ni Note 9Pro is its camera and its 30 watts fast charging. Super enough na si 9S kasi same processor lang naman sila na Snapdragon 720. Looking forward sa Note 9S review mo and giveaway. Nice comparison btw 👌

Ah for the charging issue , I think your phone was enough charged already that's. Why it switched to a less fast charging , if your phone was low on battery it will actually fast charge , this is common for most phones , in the beginning they fast charge so the battery gets filled fast , after a certain percentage it slows down for less heat and to preserve battery health

I don't care much about NFC or am a prolific camera user but i still bought the Pro because the difference in price between them for me was just 20 euro. I was aiming for 6GB and 128GB Rom for both. At that level the 9S was 230 cheapest while the 9 Pro was 250. I think the difference was just too small to not get the benefits.

I settled for RN9S. Their differences aren't that 'different'. Plus I saved a few thousand for almost the same features. I really liked the honest and detailed review and comparison. Most reviewers talk about the same things again and again. Hope you get more subs.

The focal length of the lens and the f-stop appear to be different. The 9S has a wider angle. This will account for any apparent difference in zoomed-in image quality. The 9S seems to be slightly over-exposing (or the 9Pro underexposes) This can probably be adjusted in the settings or photos can be edited, Also, you did not say how far you zoomed in - anything over 100% will reduce image quality in any camera.

Im getting the note 9s due to value for money, and specs as well..the glacier white is stunning,also the grey ones..it takes me 6days to decide on which color to get..hahaa

Two points: - You tested the photo quality at the impractical 48/64Mpx and only in gorgeous bright Filipino daylight. It's the low light conditions where the cameras would struggle more and potentially show more differences; - You tested video stabilization in 4k, whereas these phones only do video EIS in 1080p@30fps.

For 1k difference, still getting the 9 pro. Color reproduction is important. And the fast charging in 33w . And you'll never know when you will need to zoom in some of your photos. And take note, the camera sensor in 9 pro is higher. the chances that you'll produce better pics in 9 pro is higher.

The difference is just the camera I've seen in an indian channel here on KZfaq about smartphones and 9 pro just had an upgrade of its camera and its fast charging. Oh yeah and the price just added 2k from 11,990 to 13,990

@PTD, figured out the charging issue at 2:20. . Phone is heating-up and so charging speed is reduced. I chilled my phone in an air conditioned room then charged it (also in an air conditioned room). Started at 30W then slowly dipped to 25.6W over the course of ~2min or less. . When phone is turned off. charging is consistently at 30W but the phone gets uncomfortably hot after ~20min . I have redmi note 9 pro 64gb (global version) bought from lazada 6-6 bounce back sale and an omni power meter.

note 9 pro... pa din ginagamit ko ngayon nakaka disappoint yun 11 pro...

It's an ok comparison for video and pictures, but as a comparison goes , you focused too much on picture quality of the camera , nothing about screen performance , touch sensitivity, apps starting up or running, games running with the screens or refresh rate for screen. Good review for those that need the camera.
