I too was struggling to get the band to fit properly. My advice is that even if it looks like it is attached, it may not fit properly, so push it back in again with force and you should hear it click into place.

It is shit design strap, and - I just got it today, I hate it. I may buy different type of strap from ebay.

I attached one side of the strap, but other side of strap comes out. Then I push it to attach it, and the other side of it comes out. What should I do?

I had the same problem after removing the straps. Once you put them in place, you need to push the silver piece against the watch. I managed to do it after several tries, it wasn't easy, but I believe you will succeed. Let me know if you still have this problem.

Yes, you need to push them towards the watch. It's hard for me to explain it exactly in a comment, but after a few tries it should click and not be loose.
