I just picked one up for water management around the property. 30 gals per minute, comes with 25 foot 1" hose kit, thrifty on fuel, very portable and SUBMERSIBLE and adapts to a garden hose for discharge. For the price it's pretty handy to have as a back up. Is most productive using the 1" discharge hose. It comes with a 25 footer but 100' flat hose on Amazon is under 100.00. Of course the Honda construction pumps @ 2" will move 120 gallons of water per minute much quicker but it's almost 2x the price once you buy the separate hose kit. I definitely will say it's not junk and serves the homeowner for light duty very well.

Thanks for the video....would you know if that pump can be used with a garden hose and NOZZLE. In other words if I stop the water from flowing using the garden hose nozzle, will the pump burn out. I need to use it for washing areas around the home but do not want continuous water flow unless called .

Bought one of these today and although I primed it correctly it wouldn’t draw any water, even filled the intake hose before putting it in the water source and still nothing. Couple minutes later water started pouring out of the bottom seal so I’m hoping it was just a faulty unit. Going to return it and get another and hopefully this one works. Any suggestions or hiccups you had to work around? I’m considering buying a hand pump and using it to pull water all the way to the end of the outlet hose to ensure it gets primed but I’m not sure yet. I’ll send an update in the next day or two.
