Perfect review Bro..The points youu mentioned are 100% correct 1. There is nothing new in the story.. But the screenplay makes the difference. 2. The acting is so organic & subtle (No overacting,) 3. No unwanted heroism or fight scenes, No item dance, No vulgarity or adult jokes 4. Only one remark I disagree with you is that Sangeeths role is not as a comedy actor, because there is no seperate comedy track (Like Vadivelu, Senthil etc did in some of their old movies (I'm not saying they are bad actors, But in such movies there is a parallel comedy track in the screenplay, that has no real connection with the main plot)) 5. The best observation is that if you can understand language, watching in original language gives you the best entertainment. We keralites watch Tamil movies in Tamil only because most if us can understand Tamil, and dubbed one cannot provide the exact punch or feel of dialogues as its original version. 6. I believe, Tamil Film industry is never short of tallent. But right now it may be running through a bad phase. If content or script driven movies like Manjumal Boys /Premalu can collect this much even in School exam season, It would definitely motivate your Film makers to make beautiful films, as they did many in the past. (2023 Siddarth movie Chithha is a recent example of a good script. May be, sincre the story involve tragedy by means of child abuse, It could be disturbing to Families to watch it with their children and that could have affected the collection. Still its a good movie❤
