It’s not that he isn’t great, but OpTic has built their team and culture around Shotzzy it is kinda brain dead to pick Kenny of all 4, he would be last of the 4 despite what he has added to the team. It would be the same thing as Insight and Skyz over Scrap and Hydra. Shotzzy has been hands down their best player despite Ache’s attempts to slander him

He must of forgot there has only been 3 lans and 3 different champs and that the only thing that matters is winning a lan event. So realistically Ultra,Faze,and Optic are all just top 4 teams that haven’t been the best team outside of that one Sunday😂😂 man the logic people try to use to jazz it up is great. Incorrect. He’s saying that optic loses or has a lot of very close game 5s against bad teams that have kept them afloat. Faze and ultra are more consistent. Faze and ultra look like the best team on any given day. Optic only looked the best one day

I think there's a way they finesse the system to stay as the desirable destination. For example say every player gets 1/4th of the salary cap, and then they get a "content" salary on the side that is from the org and not at all related to the league. That's what would happen if the CDL implemented a cap

What happened with insight and Toronto was great, but it’s something the happens rarely and you can’t predict. Also, Toronto were definitely a top 5 team talent plus consistency wise, insights a good player, but talent wise he’s nothing special. Toronto just so happened to fry at the major of the stage he came in then after that nothing. The ghosty situation was completely different, he came into a team that wasn’t having a great year even with their talent, arguably the worst cod title in recent years other than vanguard, and a considerably more competitive league. All that stacked against him and you’re holding him and optic not winning a lot against him? That’s retarded honestly. And if we’re comparing players, ghosty clears, he’s a way better talent and is the better player currently.

Starts slow, gets hot and starts frying for a bit, slumps, regains some consistency but by end of year teams have figured out his tendencies and specific playstyle for the cod title and his effectiveness is hindered significantly.

@@matthewcasey4085lynz is 19 years old, he was god like until they got reverse swept by optic in major 2 qualifiers, he had 1.47 kd against optic then after that he got checked, then vivid and lynz wanted dillonwrecks and slasher over accuracy and owakening which didn't end up happening and vivid got dropped and somehow faded rokkr didn't listen to lynz for roster, lynz been playing checked out this whole season, at the beginning he was basically playing 2 roles SMG and Flex because of owakening being so bad, imo he just got unlucky this season

Yeah this has always been my train of thought for major winners as well and of course I see it the same for the boys but after that rokkr loss I was worried and figured if beat NY we’d be good as far as t4 and ultra would be the other good test to see how we’re looking however we then lost both those series and now it’s worrisome if we get a loser’s side start then that won’t be good even if you are the “best” the other top 4 will have a second chance while we go home if we lose.. definitely not what we want considering how close champs is.. idk man I just don’t understand (though all games have been close) how we’re losing these games back 2 back 2 back it’s fcking crazy the drop off we’ve seen.. that Vegas loss has been detrimental for us.. hopefully we clutch up this weekend and secure winners on our own and not needing that bs tie breaker shit to go our way cause right now a lot of teams got us beat simply in the head 2 head… we shall see 😅
