Injustice 2 - Gorilla Grodd - Combo Guide

6 жыл бұрынAll combos can be ended with B2 DF1B J2 for a restand or DD1 1 in trait for a vortex. To vortex, either do DF1B Throw or DF1 J2 after DD1 1 in trait.
SS = Stance Switch or Stample Cancel. Stampede Cancels can also be done by doing BF3 and cancelling with DD or BB but using Stance Switch is easier.
Note: Some of Gorilla Grodd's combos are very difficult to perform, but do significantly more damage. For this reason, I listed an easy version of the combo first, followed by the difficult version.

Been my main since I started the game. So fun and has only gotten better as the zoners have been nerfed and his execution windows increased

SoraTheOne Well as far as I know, that was his mix up potential there, which is still available it's just now it's super easy to get punished I believe.

Cheetah next please!! Maybe when you are done with specific character combos videos. You can do videos about the fundamentals of Injustice once a week. Like fighting in the neutral, frama data/ taking turns, zoning, meter management etc

J Pauly Well I did see the new tutorials Injustice 2 has implemented, I would also like to see a pros perspective. Maybe even a commentary of their matches in tournaments. They would talk about the decisions and why they did it.

At the start I was like wtf I have a combo I use that is more effective. Then my brain came back into my head and told me, most of these are meterless combos literally doing the same amount as a 4 meter or 3 meter combo... thanks imma steal these...

When your inbetween a combo and your covering the distance. Are you canceling the charge forward ability into the low attack for the setup or is that just a dash into the low?

I don’t really understand the need to use the b2 restand and short leaps in every combo. (Telekinesis) - db2 MB - b3 - jump3 - 22 lb MB - 22 lb gets 617.68 and is way easier to pull off. I’m very new to injustice (and fighting games in general) so forgive me if this is a really stupid statement.

The restands are harder to block because of the mix up and are pretty much meterless depending on what else you do, so in that sense if you can pull off a meterless 500 damage combo why wouldn’t you.

I've pulled off alot of your combos but be honest can you pull these off at will? That's the problem I have like a 40% execution rate of these attempted combos. Are you a computer or something? The skill n focus it takes to pull these off are insanity. So your a beast @Noble Raptor and some of these took me hours to pull off when I had important things to be done. Its your fault lol.
