As another artist, I get the struggle you’re going through. I am constantly reminding myself that it’s okay to ‘play’ with materials and not worry so much about having that perfect result. It’s through the play and exercises of fiddling with materials and processes that we make something that is true LT meaningful. I love this kind of video from you- please make more of them.

Thanks for opening up about your struggles - it helps knowing that, even though I already know it, I am not the only one who struggles with over thinking and perfection as a result of overly high standards. I've always wanted to start a channel to share my life, my bullet journal, my interests, et cetera, but I have never been able to reach the result that I want so I never want to share it until it is PERFECT, and I know that it is because I haven't practiced it enough to have those beautiful slow pans and fabulous voice overs. I love this. Please keep it going!

Love it! It is so interesting to see other people draw and see the (whole) process. Also the voice over is more relaxed, but I love both 'types' of voice overs! I would like to see/hear them both :). And deciding which painting was best..? They were both gorgeous in their own way! The ink one looks more like a drawing you can colour in, the pencil one more like an art piece to me :). Love your vids! Keep 'em coming :)!

I love the pencil drawing! I am not very good at drawing or sketching but I've been practicing a little lately and I've always like drawing flowers and plants. I picked up Peggy Dean's botanical line drawing book from the library and I am IN LOVE!

I love this video and the message. I get caught up in being perfect and trying to hide parts that aren't. I really enjoy your videos they calm me down and help me 'chill'. Some of this reminds me of one of my other favorite KZfaqrs Jel Arts I think you may really like her stuff too! You both are calming and make videos I can relax to! Thank you for taking some stress away from my life!

Art isn't perfect. It can't be because it comes from us humans who are never perfect. We see things differently as well. The only way it would be perfect is everyone would have to see it the same. To me that takes the art out of it. As long as it expresses you, your thoughts your vision then that's all you need.
