She sang AND rapped in Mandarin to suit the Chinese audience. A language as foreign to her as it is for you and I!!! How many artist can do this? Mad respect for her hard work and thoughtfulness. I’m a fan of the original but ever since listening to KZ’s version....I only listen to HER VERSION. In my opinion, she SLAYED it!

Btw, she is singing and rapping here in Chinese-Mandarin, I believe-a language she doesn’t speak. (And Chinese YT’ers who’ve reacted to her said her diction was clear, and could be mistaken for a native speaker.) This girl here is so underrated and under appreciated.

KZ’s See You Again on Singer 2018 is awesome, especially taking into account its meaning, as it was her farewell performance after being eliminated from the show. That it’s overshadowed by her more lauded Rolling in the Deep, Royals, and Say Something is somewhat sad. Thanks for reacting to this!🙏🏽🙌🏽

I was disappointed when you cut-off the rest of the song. I was really enjoying your reaction, up to that point. I also like Wiz Khalifa's version, KZ's version was more captivating. Just one opinion. Don't feel bad. Other reactors cut-off the final whistle-note, on Morissette's "Akin Ka Na Lang" song.
