when you say the multiple abdominal surgeries , I have had 2 sections and I have had keyhole surgery twice? would the keyhole make massive differences?

No, “keyhole” procedures (laparoscopic or robotic) do not make a massive difference.

Is fat necrosis common 6 weeks after diep flap? I can actually feel the flap above my breast and it feels a bit solid..
