Very good explanation but how did states "d" and "i" turn out to be equal even though the implication chart says they cannot be equal? Can we say the final table out of the implication chart need not be the reduced one?

in the last step ,how the "i" become "d"?

Row 4 is D = F / A, Row 9 is i = F / A These 2 rows have the same output aswell (1) So you can assume i = d. You change i to d then cross-out row 9 since it is exactly the same as row 4 now. Hope that Helps!
