Replacing the wear plate, cutting ring, outlet seals. These videos are not a subsitute for the printed manual that comes with all REED pumps, it is only to aid in the understanding of how our machines work. Also for anyone wondering, the blue silicone he’s using is a blue silicone gasket maker. Permatex ultra blue from NAPA is great for this 😊

Knocking the seal housing out with a drift was super hard. I got mine out easily by driving a metal wedge ( in this case, my chisel bit for air gun ) between the nut thats holding the chrome outlet and the seal housing. once the seal breaks, it comes out easily.

I am long past working on anything like that but all things mechanical interest me. I just discovered a concrete pumping channel and was wondering how the pump valve dealt with rocks. The good old fashioned way, it crushes them.

Yes thank you for the video. I need to find that castle nut wrench, I've been using a big pipe wrench but there's not much room with the dual hydraulic Rams.

При перемещении патрубка между секциями есть утечка бетона... Надо было сделать трубу питания линий двойной, а переключение подачи по типу вращающегося круга с одним отверстием с креплением в центре. Так и проще и надёжнее.
