Reefer unit trouble,code 25

Code 25 is for alternator not charging and or low battery voltage...this is one way to get you by in an emergency situation, especially like if you're already loaded with a very temp sensitive product.

Hi I had the same problem and I put a new alternator and new battery but same code is coming up that’s code 25 . And the new battery died too how do I check if the wiring is loose or mybe it’s just a fuse ? What do u think

Make sure it's the correct alternator...you should get a code for a fuse....make sure idler pulley is readjusted so belts are not slipping.. or use jumper cables until you get to a Thermoking shop.

Check to be sure the belt is tight by adjusting the idler. If the belt is tight. Use a volt meter to be sure you have voltage going to the alternator by unplugging the alternator 2a wire which is the big plug on the alternator be sure you have voltage going to both wires inside the plug

Juan sorry I just saw this message...was that an alternator code.. let me check!!......ok yeah alternator.....I stopped by Thermo-king of Greenville SC and bought a new one and I installed it on their property.

But you can keep the unit running using jumper cables until you get a new one or get th e load off.

Do I need to keep running the truck as long as my unit is running on the jumper cables?

I need help with a s600 code 615, rail pressure fault. .goes into high speed for about 5 seconds fine. Then force to low speed. I replaces the fuel pump and fuel filter... still didn't help. Any help is greatly appreciated. Head pressure was at 300ish. Suction around 45 is. Ambient 100 or so
