I got this pen yesterday and I don’t think it’s working as well as it should be. For example I press the forward button and it starts coming out but as soon as a little bit comes out it makes a loud squeaking sound and then the filament stops going through. I only got it yesterday I don’t understand what is going on please help!

Unplug and wait for it to trun green or blue and the temp is 200 pla the down button keep your finger on it

My filament comes in for like 1 inch and in half then it starts to go in and then go out over and over

It's may be the melting point low or other malfunction idk, but is it a good product ?

@Hong Truong Definitely, There is a problem with motor inside the 3d pen. Be careful, never push or pull the filament on low temperature, due to this sometimes filament gets stuck in the pen which will cause this problem.
