You Are wlecome. Always substantiate your arguments with illustrations/examples from real life experiences. And in case the exam is about the theories, support your argument with references as to who is the main scholar of the theory/concept, and explain how these theories can be applied to your practice. You can edit by converting citation to static text. Just click the drop-down arrow located on the right side of the highlighted in-text citation.

if i have like those authors: Gabdrakhmanova A.F., Meshcheryakova S.A., Gaynutdinovas R.F. et al. it consedered: Gabdrakhmanova is the first name A.F. is the last name or A. is the middle name or F. is the last name ?

Usually, the fully-spelled name is the family name of the researcher. In the case of Gabdrakhmanova A.F., , I believe Gabdrakhmanova is his family name, A is the first name, and F could be the middle name.
