If you wrap the fire extinguisher then put in the vice it will get less damage to the paint and metal.

This is not advisable. Your standard extinguisher will be charged to 195 PSI with compressed nitrogen. CO2 is pressurized at 850 PSI. The cylinder is not designed for this and would be extremely dangerous to even attempt. You can get a specialized CO2 fire extinguisher for your welding station.

If you have a regulator to drop the pressure safely to around 100 PSI, yes. If you just have a tank and a high-pressure hose, that'd be dangerous.

Western (dominant in the US industrial gas fittings business) have all the needed parts designed for high pressure and you could buy regulators used for charging air conditioner systems to drop cylinder pressure to desired fire extinguisher servicing pressure. CO2 would tend to cool and clump dry chems so I would never charge one with CO2. I would (since I've a lot of shielding gas cylinders) use MIG mix in a pinch since it's even more inert (the reason it's used for shielding) than nitrogen, but I have nitrogen anyway for home auto AC pressure testing. Used cylinders can often be found cheap and as they're typically filled by exchange that's all win.

U are not properly check Fast mistake head no use the tape before refilling Second u are not check pressure watch or safety pin or bluff 3 u are not check use water drop why this a work ??? So reply me guys
