Today, I'm doing something different! I'm reacting to my own video from Day 4 of sobriety, where I reacted to Tom MacDonald's "Fighter." It's a twist that takes me back to those early days of my journey.
Before diving into the video, I share how tired I felt today-I needed a nap, but it turned into a four-hour sleep. Watching myself on Day 4 of sobriety was a strange experience. Surprisingly, I looked better than I expected-fresh and calm. In contrast, today I feel tired and a bit annoyed. My dogs decided to make a mess during the video, biting and disturbing me, which got me pissed off. They have their off days just like I do.
Despite the chaos, it was good to look back and see how far I've come. Although I feel like I looked better on Day 4 than I do now, it's a reminder of the progress and challenges along the way.
