When the ray of light hits the mirror at an angle of incidence, it is reflected back at an angle of reflection. Both the angles are exactly the same.

Yes replace the torch with the laser light, then follow the rays and draw them.

A shoe box, any small torch that works,a small mirror, protractor,ruler and plain paper. Good luck!
