What do we do if we have forgotten how to love? In a world where both more and more people remember and shine light on what needs to come to the surface, pain and suffering also rise to the surface. There is a demand for remembering the heart.
What do we do to get back into the heart? To get back to love? Especially if we have suffered, had hurtful things happening to us, or have caused it upon others?
First step is forgiveness, forgive yourself and others. What if we can’t forgive? Let’s accept. What if we can’t accept? can we go back to sitting with it, feeling it? Holding space for ourselves and others.
In this video, I reflect upon ways to get back into a heart-centered space, for living in a space of love and gratefulness.
