In this video I review the Reflo Smart Cup. It is a cup designed to slowly pour any liquid. This helps babies (when ready) + toddlers learn how to use a regular cup without choking.
I had no idea this cup was a thing until I saw an ad on it and wanted to share my own experience with it after getting this cup.
There was a period of time that my daughter refused every sippy cup and would only drink if she saw what she was drinking. This cup truly helped during that stage.
Another thing that has helped me dearly as a mom are the shirt bibs.
