Nigel Farage is set to shake things up on Monday as he unveils Reform UK's latest policies in South Wales. Farage plans to put the squeeze on the Tories by focusing on hot-button issues like immigration and taxes.
The Reform UK leader will present the party's "contract with the people"-deliberately avoiding the term "manifesto"-in Merthyr Tydfil. This move aims to showcase what he sees as the failings of Labour-led governance.
Currently, the Welsh Senedd in Cardiff is controlled by Labour, making it a prime target for Farage's criticisms.
This announcement comes on the heels of a successful few days for Reform UK, where the party surged ahead of the Conservatives in the polls for the first time. Buoyed by this momentum, Farage boldly proclaimed his party as the true opposition to Labour.

Yes but if you were registered it extents, the main problem is they can only send the confirmation by post , so the slow post "not sent by airmail" can delay your approval, so you might receive it 1:05 after the election so fingers crossed to get the vote

Labour has taken us in Wales for granted while systematically destroying all that was good. I live in Merthyr where the first Labour MP gained his seat and where the locals have been very loyal to Labour. We were once a proud Town full of shops and department stores, restaurants, pubs, cinemas, nightclubs etc. Lots of factories and many many small self employed businesses. NOW it's a ghost town with charity shops and thrift stores, no production, unemployed, people living on streets, serious lack of housing, pot holes in the roads and pavements. Very little community at all left. Labour have destroyed my town

Make sure are registered to vote, by either ballot box, proxy or postal. Then go and vote Reform. The polls should be ignored because they are done in such a way to favour both labour and the tories. Im welsh. I live in a dormitory village between two larger towns with one main road through. The traffic is stuck and doesnt move due to increased cars/ opposed housing developments over our green belt. If you do move, the speed limit changes 4 times in just over a mile. You cant get a train as theres not enough carridges You cant get a gp as the population of the area is growing massively. Currently experiencing increased crime in an otherwise low crime area and you cannot get the police out to do anything. Taxes have gone up, there are pot holes everywhere. Your general wastenbins are collected once a month and you need a degree in polymer science to seperate your recycling. My child may have to go to school elsewhere as there are not enough places for the area. Do not vote labour.

We have a democracy, but it's not fair that the electorate will won't be acknowledged... it's a crap system!! This election is about payback for how useless our Parliament has been for the past 20 years. I love the way this guy says that if you vote Reform your voice will not be heard in Parliament due to the lack of Reform MPs - like that's any different to the last 20 years we have endured when the voice of 'the right' has also been completely ignored - even and after we won a referendum on Brexit?!

It’s happening because the Torys have failed in every way especially on immigration and the economy by them keeping our wages low as foreign people will work for less . They have forgotten that it’s OUR COUNTRY and we have all simply had enough. I’m voting for Reform 🇬🇧
