So glad I watched this video.. I usually get nc50 pro longwear liquid foundation and mix it with a lighter foundation but this time I couldn't find it so I'm trying Nc47 studio fix cream to powder . Praying it works for me😅.. Thanks for sharing!

I just did a 7 hour wear test on this foundation. I am a dry girl so I used a lot of hydrating products for skincare and primer. I found I was glowy after 7 hours. I used to love the MAC prolong wear foundation back in the day and I was NC45. I’m NC 47 in this new formula. I actually like the foundation. I’m gonna continue to test it out and use less hydrating products before applying it. Enjoying your videos.

Hey Mel🙋🏾‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️ Both foundations looked good 👍🏾 MAC is the GOAT 🐐 I did pick this one up in nw45. In the serum I have nc50. Their wipes have always been a hit/miss. I use cleansing balms now. I can’t wait for part II😃 MAC mineral blushes are chefs kiss 💋

I'm so sad about the wipes cause they really are good!!! Can you believe I've never tried the mineral or bounce blushes? I need to pick up one or two things in order to really do a true Full Face of Mac vid.

I’ve never tried their foundation so i definitely will try. I need to go repurchase Mac products, it’s been a while, i love their lipsticks & glosses well more then that lol

You should! It's so good and it's buildable so you can apply just a little bit and it'll go a long way!! If I don't buy anything else ever again from them, I'll always buy their lip products!! 💜💜

Love MAC. I no longer have a ton of products. I’ve used up multiple MAC Studio fix liquid foundations, and their brush cleanser. I do still have a concealer, blushes ( old and new), there new mascara. I still buy blushes, and brushes. I also really like their new face moisturizer and serums! I’ll always buy the studio fix powders, and mineralized skin finish! Those clips are everything! I tried their foundation pen which I’m on the fence about. I do want to try there newer foundations, and loose powder one day. I like NC50 in the original in you

What are your favorite brushes? Can you believe after all these years, I only have 1 from them. A foundation brush. I want to try their skincare like. I had one sample and it was really nice. Agreed about the powders. I'll always have them on hand! Yea?? Why on the fence about the pen? I was thinking of trying it to see if it'll work for my mommy makeup bag. The new loose setting powder is nice. Can't say that it's revolutionary especially compared to LM, Huda, givenchy. The package is the best part. Thank you so much for watching!

My favorites are 224 and 170. I also love there lip brush. They’re just classic idk if they are the best on the market anymore. Sonja G, BK Beauty, Smith Cosmetics, Rephr, NARS, Patrick Ta all make great brushes.

@@Melissa_Lorraine the MAC pen ( or whatever its called) 1. I thought it was concealer so I got the wrong shade NW45. 2. I don’t love the formula as a concealer. So mainly user error. Had I known it was a foundation I would have gotten the correct shade NW48 maybe I would feel differently. Last, regarding the formula is giving full coverage and I prefer a light- medium buildable coverage. I stopped wearing MAC studio fix years ago. But I did like that foundation. I am open to trying the newer versions! But I’m on a foundation no buy in that category. So it won’t be anytime soon.

@@zurierae2106 Ahh ok. That makes. I thought it was a concealer/spot corrector type product. I would've loved for it to be a light formula.

I also have nc50 in the studio radiance, and find it a tad too dark and reddish. But if i set it with huda beaty loose powder in kunafa, it fixes the shade problem somehow 😉 or maybe im imaging things😂

That's a good tip!! I have peach pie, maybe that'll help?? I hate that 47 was way too light and 50 was too dark in studio radiance.

According to other reviews, NC55 is actually lighter than NC50 in the new formulation. If this is true, I’d like to see how NC55 compares to NC47.

I tried their foundation for the first time today and they matched me to NC47.. I don’t know how I feel about it. I wore it to an event and I just felt a little light and flat. Maybe they matched me to the wrong color OR it could possible that I don’t know how to apply makeup. 😅 It looks great on you!

Try mixing nc47 and nc50 ! I do and it’s perfect and maybe a lil bit of nc45 get samples from Mac before you purchase

HELP PLEASE 😭😭😭 I'm a baby in the makeup game but feel in love with MAC Foundation about 10yrs ago in HS. I used to wear the MAC studio fix foundation #8 but I don't know how to skin match AT ALL. I don't know what color I am nor can I find a conversation chart. PLEASE HELP. Also FYI that cream concealer (I believe) in the little circle thing I would get was color NC45 and again #8 in the Studio fix foundation. Please tell me what my color would be.FOR REFERENCE- I'm a foundation, lashes and lip gloss or chapstick girl only LOL 🤣 BUT HELP PLEASE AND THANK YOU. I don't understand why brands have to change the #s when updating the formulas. Ugh 😩 like WHY??? GOD BLESS ❤ IN JESUS CHRIST MIGHTY NAME.
