It's been so hot lately that I’ve lost my appetite and don’t want to cook anything hot. So, I decided to try making kimbap!
A cooking KZfaqr making kimbap for the first time? Yes, it’s true! It’s my first time! My wife makes such great kimbap that I never even tried making it myself. There’s actually a video of her making kimbap on my channel. 😅 But making kimbap isn’t that hard, right? This time, I made a refreshing version of kimbap that I wanted to try. It turned out really tasty, and it was easier to make than I thought. Why not try making some delicious kimbap this summer instead of suffering from the heat?

[Ingredients]
White rice (freshly cooked or instant), eggs, carrots, cucumber, crab sticks, sliced ham, pickled radish, seaweed for kimbap
Sesame oil, sesame seeds, mayonnaise, wasabi, salt
[Cooking Tips]
1. Cook the rice with less water than usual to make it firm. This makes it easier to roll and gives it a better texture.
2. Cook the egg strips on low heat in a non-stick pan. Cooking on high heat will make them tough.
3. Use a slicer to cut the carrots, and be careful with hard ingredients to avoid cutting yourself.
4. Use only the outer, firm part of the cucumber for better texture.
5. When using the seaweed for kimbap, place the rough side up before spreading the rice on it.
6. Apply water to the edge of the seaweed to help it stick when rolling the kimbap.
