Mere case me account details me remark me kuch bhi nahi hai matlab bank details me hi problem hai right? Kyuki wife ka name jo hai wo old wala ha bank account me aur Pancard me naya wala name so miss match hua hoga..

First Wale ka process hone k baad thode time baad aa jayega uske baad revised ka process hoga fhir original return se refund adjust hoga fhir uska bhi balance aa jayega 😊

My problem is i cannot raise a refund request itself. Its not showing anything on request page. Submitted 3 grievances highlihgting the issue. All the 3 times i received response as ' grievance resolved'. Go to refund request and raise a request. These bull***its are not even reading the mails properly i guess.

You mean when you click on new request.. you don’t get any row.. if it is happening.. you have to wait.. it is not updated.. and yes.. they don’t read mail. They respond with probable solutions which might not be useful. Sometimes it’s really frustrating.. need improvement..

Sir, ek mail aya hain ki Refund has failed due to IFSC code. But maine to sab sahi dya tha aur jab re issue ke liye jata hun..waha par likha rehta hai ki You have no refund failure to raise reissue request. Ab kiya karu...mera dusra bank account bhi nahi hai...isi main ho jayega na? IFSC code check kiya ...sab kuch sahi hain
