...I'm completely speechless by this. This... was... AWESOME!!! I really like the new layout of your logo evolution series, and it just reminds me of your documentary films of secret logos. Not only that, I like how you now use your voice to talk all about the logos and background information of the company itself. This is currently my most favourite logo evolution video from you. Thanks for doing my request Cam, and hope these refurbished series live on! :-)

Watching this in 2021 feels like I’m going through a nostalgia trip. I’ve watched this video all the way back in 2019, 2 years later, and a long break from KZfaq content for almost 11 months, I decide to rewatch this series for the better, and see what my 11 year old self had been watching these past 2 years that made them so excited for a new upload.

1) The First Version of the Transmitter was Used in the 1998 RKO Fanfare. 2) RKO Radio Pictures' Thunderbolt Logo was Used in the Opening of Every Disney Film Until "Peter Pan".

@@Jplace498 I researched it, and it's a cue mark. "A pair of cue marks is used to signal the projectionist that a particular reel of a movie is ending..." "The marks appear in the last seconds of each reel; the first mark, known as the motor cue, is placed about 8 seconds before the end of the picture section of the reel. The second mark, known as the changeover cue, is placed about 1 second before the end. Each mark lasts for precisely 4 frames (0.17 seconds)." Source: Wikipedia

In the versions where it spells "A radio picture" it says "VVVARADIOPICTUREVVVV" And in the versions where it spells "An RKO radio picture" it says "VVVANRKORADIOPICTUREVVVV" And in the versions they call it "RKO pictures" it says pretty much the same thing it said in the versions that are called "An RKO radio picture".

okay, 13 things 1. the Transmitters a classic 2. The Early Thunderbolt looks a little Boring 3. The Wave makes me angry at General Teleradio for shutting RKO down 4. If footage of the Transmitter on Tube logo comes, let me know as a reply 5. The RKO Square looks interesting and boring at the same time 6. JEEBUS! That 80's Thunderbolt! 7. 80's Transmitter is just a fusion of the Transmitter and the 80's Thunderbolt 8. WHAT KIND OF LOGO THE THE BORING RKO! 9. 90's Transmitter makes the last appearance of the Thunderbolt 10. The Text from the 90's Transmitter return in the CGI Transmitter 11. At 9:27, that is NOT a still image of the 1929 logo. First of all, in 1929, it would have said "A Radio Picture," AND it would have shown the "clunkier" model of the earth used in the earliest RKO movies.
