Discord Support has to be one of the worst support ever and im including the scam call centres in India and stuff id prefer them tbh cause then u know they are actually trying to do something but discord like we'll get to it when we get to it and to this day havent gotten my account back especially after giving the most concrete evidence that it is my account

i was literally hacked today, got convinced to change my email to what the hacker told me to change it too and then next thing you know it, my account got stolen after i found out what was going on. as of yet i'm still on a burner acc i made and submitted two tickets. i'm probably not going to get my account back but i gotta try something. i'll update this comment once something has happened

So my account was hacked, I was convinced to change the email address to my Discord account. I made a ticket a week ago, after a day they said they'll escalate my ticket and get back to me. As of writing this that statement is 5 days old. (Update:) I made a new support ticket because originally I messed it up, and almost instantly got my account back!

@@zatannavolkoff No I'm being serious where I got my account back How I wrote my second one was clear and to the point I told them that I was convinced to change the email of my account, and gave my Discord ID as well as told them if they needed any info, to let me know. About a couple minutes later, they reverted my email. I guess the most important thing is to make sure you're making the support ticket with the same email you originally made your discord account with.

Still waiting after 3 days and nothing from discord support, they need to increase their support team or something cause this is ridiculous. Hacker has already messaged all of my friends and pretty much got the account blocked on most, changed the name on the account, not sure what else he's done but suffice to say I am pissed.

Someone told me they spam reported my account by mistake because they thought someone recreated my account or sth. they had me contact this discord support guy- to help me get the reports off my acc. but he had me change my email and logged me out and hacked me and I thought is was one of my friends who told me to contact him- my account is hacked and I'm scared- I sent in a ticket but idk what else to do this never happened before and I don't have access to my discord account at all Update: I made several tickets to Discord and had eventually gotten my account back- the only issue is that I lost everything- all of my servers- and especially my most important server where it was private and just me sending things and using it as my own gallery for art and many other things

I submitted a ticket, but it was put as “solved” as soon as it was created, and I still do not have my account back. There was a staff member assigned to it, but they didn’t reply or anything. I was hacked on the 9th with someone trying to have me test out a game, I have finally got ahold of my e-mail that I signed up onto the account with tho... now I have to wait to see if the support will do anything. From what I was told if someone closes the ticket, one of two things could be happening, the hacker is able to mess with the ticket since your e-mail is probably pinging them and they still can log into the account. That or like I almost did, there is a pop up that asks if you're issue has been solved, I almost clicked yes and that would of closed the ticket right away, so not sure if there was a miss click or something that happened. Also hopefully there is no virus/trojan or something on your pc that is watching you, so then they close the ticket asap. Tho one other guess since someone spammed the support, that the tickets auto close now, so the hacker might of been spamming support tickets to slow you down.

OG email dor your discord. your account name and screenname, how long you have had the account (day and year) along with a small list of friends names and i got my account back within a HALF hour after a WEEK of the discord support people ticket doing NOTHING

@@anexiseditor Been over a month since ticket creation. 3 weeks ago they 'escalated' it. No contact since. In the meantime the hacker has tried to compromise & social engineer hundreds of friends. How hard is it to reset the email on account back to the original (when the account was created)? (and remove 2FA) That's all it'd take to resolve this.
