Dude, this is the BEST, resort ive been to EVER, ivw been to many resorts in many years, and this is the best one, i went 6 months ago

I know this is an older video. But can you make regal palms a permanent residence?

Yes you can. When we inquired about 6 months ago, there were over 200 permanent residents.

Nice job with details but how far is the pool area to each Villa and do you know if they have 4 bedroom?

Hi Charles, Good questions! First off, yes, they some villas have 4 bedrooms. As for the distance to the pool, the closest villa is about 110ft, located on the southern end of Verona Ave. The farthest unit is about 1,550ft from the pool, and is located on the northwest corner of the property on the corner of Calabria Ave and Calabria Ave. Here is a map showing the property with a pin on the pool.
