Why does the wealth of our great Black minds is not generational. Many of us die in poverty. Uncontrolled Sex, drug, alcohol. Financial illiteracy. This man I-Roy, great mjnd, is truly a reggae legend.

He came to my community and dj'd on a little sound system about 1973 driving a maroon Ford Cortina.i was 10 years old at the time...it was a blessing to witness this great pioneer performing on a little sound system and I'll never forget the experience. .He even brought his own dubs...yes man..Rest up Daddy I Roy...You've done jah jah's work while you were here and you've left a musical legacy for all future generations of Jamaicans and the world..
