This is quite good considering not having a full band and just piano as accompaniment. I have followed Regine's career over the years, and find that her voice now have much depth than before. Aside from her belts and how she sustains those high notes? What sets her apart from her other local counterparts even new rising names, Regine's resonance is incomparable. Regine of yesterday was good indeed. As a listener I have evolved with her, Regine of today for me is even better.

some people say that regine sang without emotions. THE BASIS OF EMOTIONS IS NOT THE STRUGGLING OF THE FACE WHEN SINGING, IT IS IN THE VOICE, NOT IN THE STRUGGLING FACE.

Yeah right struggling face means the singer are forced to sing out of their comfort zone effortless meand sing just heart out. Songs are meant for ear.

what a great rendition. I love her for not copying any arrangement she have covered and made her own version. she wants another arrangement of the song she wanted to sing and deliver it as great as the original singers do =)

Here in 2022. She’s great! With only a mediocre pianist she gives a superb delivery, once or twice a little sharp, but always better to err sharp than flat! But imho she nails it.

The range is twice higher than Whitney H.....Regine's voice is flexible she can managed how to be soft, calm, sweet, solid and many more..that's her voca instint nobody can take that away from her...

What made Whitney unique was not mainly her range (even when it was huge) but her tone/color. She sounded pleasant all the way, never sharp. However Regine is an outstanding artist too.

If you are talking about vocal qualiity, probably,,,,,but to the best singer not only the quality also the vocal range, definitely Whitney could not be the best though her voice is beautiful....a best singer is total package both the quality, range and style....stage presence, interpretations & emotions in singing are just plus factors!
