Treating yourself is fine, just don’t gaslight yourself or others into believing it was in anyway a sound decision. 30$ could get you the season pass for 2 months and change, idk cows I don’t spend on Snap, have been fortunate to win draws for passes twice though. My homie spends mad bread, and I finish the ArtGerm Album before he got halfway. Spending doesn’t seem like it’s going to add value to my experience!

For the full hand at about 18:40 when you tempo play deathlok, you can instead tempo venom right, play shuri and nimrod left, and then Zola the venom so it eats the nimrod on the left and then middle. Pretty telegraphed if your opponent has seen the play but I find it’s often just unexpected

Ha! This is the deck I created and posted about in the MarvelSnapComp subreddit a couple months ago. Since then, I’ve made some updates: Human Torch -> Dagger. Killmonger was enough of an issue. Someone in that post’s comments suggested making this switch. I hate losing to Killmonger even if there are less of them. Enchantress -> Shang-Chi. This was always a flex tech slot based on whatever decks you are personally facing. Zola -> Alioth. Because I removed Torch, Zola was less important. Alioth allows me to fight against Living Tribunal and Sera Tech decks.

@@vladgaming2731 That’s a tough card to replace in this deck since it’s your very powerful Plan B. This deck is much worse without it. But, there are other PF decks that lean fully into move as a Plan B or Deadpool. I’d probably lean into move more and use De Strange. And replace Shuri with Hulkbuster. That said, when you get Nimrod, come back and try this deck! It’s super powerful as Regis showed.

Here's a fun back up line if you don't draw into MM or Torch. Destory Nico 2x spell. PF her back onto Shrui then Zola. Her spell procs each time. She can be like 50 in multiple lanes 😊

I been using this deck since phoenix came out lol but I use destroyer instead of nico. The combo with destroyer and zola gives me 4 on one side and 3 on the other 2 side

Today I learned that if you destroy Nico when she has her x2 spell, then bring her back with Phoenix Force, she will still double herself. It's a nice backup line.

Magik is actually very good in this deck. It gives you one extra draw at hitting the combo (Magik 3, torch or mm/destroy 4, Phoenix force 5, still giving you two turns to build the Phoenix force.)

This hurts my heart because I have been playing this same EXACT deck for the past weeks and I rarely ever lose 😭 now its about to be everywhere and heavily countered wow. If you want to have even more fun with this deck id recommend taking out Shang+Nico and replacing it with Zabu+Wong

Maybe bigger streaming moments, but definitely does not trump Nico+tech. I have been playing nearly this same exact core deck since the release of PF. The introduction of Nico makes a notable difference. Tech card depends on the meta. If the meta is strong ongoing cards, Super Skrull wrecks. Took a few conquest wins with this loadout. As for your concern. This ain't the first biggish streamer who has displayed this deck. As I stated, I have been playing this for a long time now and still nobody really is playing hard counter decks specifically to combat it. You also do not see a whole lot of people playing this deck. Despite it being a very very strong entry, it still is not the easiest deck to master.

Been running similar deck, got me daken and x23 and wolverine in place of torch, multiple man, Phoenix, use echo as well to cancel out a knull or protect against Cosmo n armor

they should change Colossus to block one instance of a destroy effect on the cards on your side of a location, to make him a cool counterplay option to Shang-chi

like a one off global armor? 3 cost on reveal: deny the next instance of a friendly card/ card(s) being destroyed? at 2 cost you could have as 1 card, and at 3 cost as multiple? it would counter deathstrike too which could be reason enough to buff her to 5

@@lilblucommi4779 yeah I just think it fits his character too. Dunno exactly how the card should be rebalanced but maybe if he just blocks the first proc of of any destroy effects it could be interesting. So carnage/venim would just eat one less if they don’t have priority.

I really like this deck, any way to play nimrod is a plus. But One of the things that hurts me every time piloting this deck is it just feels so bad when you dont get cards you need. It's such a combo heavy deck sometimes it feels bad when you don't have pieces.

I can’t put links in here, but I posted a full deck guide in the r/MarvelSnapComp subreddit a couple months ago for this exact deck. If you search Phoenix Force, you should see it (by NerdDynamite). There are a ton of winning lines and maybe you’re not seeing some of them.

That is actually better. Easy tell for if you should snap or run. You have 3 main lines that will almost always net you a win. You also have several lesser plays that could see victory. While you have several paths to snap on, you clearly know when you're just not going to hit anything. Great deck all around.

I run Shang and Alioth (Alioth instead of Nico, as I don’t have her) to kind of secure my win, Especially if I know my opponent has Shang, and is expecting the Zola on the torch.

The amount of people I’ve seen in Reddit saying that Shang chi isn’t OP and is necessary to the game to keep power in check blows my mind. It’s a game winning card by itself 99% of the time. It’s soooooo strong.

Except if you look at the numbers his win rate on play is only 53.8%. The card is strong but far from broken.

@@bryceharrelson7897 Numbers can be perceived in any way to promote a narrative. His win rate is 55% (which is above average anyway) but that jumps to nearly 60% when he is played. He is also just a utility card that gets added to decks, he has no play restriction and no drawback to playing. That's effing HUGE! He is the most used card in the game by a huge margin. And to pull in those numbers at that frequency is OP. All of the other cards with higher win % are cards that are part of a meta archetype and require some element of thought to use and often carry some risk. There is a reason he is the most used card in the game, because his benefit to drawback ratio is totally one sided.
