sir whether this act is applicable in gilgit or not ? i have never witnessed any such procedure to be adopted. there are few settled areas as well but here registration is to the extents of registry only.

Sir..... its not court fee or tax. its called stamped duty... stamp duty +registration charges per pages+sro unofficial fee
