Fantastic video, clearly spoken easy to follow steps with good tips along the way. Colin for that print did you use 9 silkscreens to print the transparent colours to the linocut print?

Thank you very much Marilyn. It was difficult to keep the video concentrating on the registration process and it not become a screenprinting video! I made four fresh stencils, but three of them were used several times in a reduction method. i.e. palest colour/tone through all of the stencil; paint out palest areas with filler; print the next colour/tone: paint out that colour....and so on.

@@colinblanchard of course that was a more economical way to go regarding use of screens. I must look into how to clean the Lascaux filler off the screen. Any tips or just follow product instructions?

@@marilynbrack3803 A pressure washer is essential. Strip as soon as possible; if left for any length of time it’s even more difficult. The stripper they sell is only strong detergent and Mystrol will work. .....eventually. I work outside in a proper washout booth with a deep earth soak away drain system and use a strong organic solvent - good old fashioned stinky screenwash . Brush on both sides generously, leave to soak for 10 mins horizontally, mask and goggles on, pressure wash off. Repeat. Degrease.
