Shanahan wasn't the HC nor was he the DC. If the defense can't hold a big lead, thats on the DC and HC. He put up 28 points in a superbowl Brady won a superbowl scoring 13 points vs the Rams.

The fact Stefanski is coming off a second coach of the year when he got his team to the playoffs having 4 different starting QB’s, missing his best offensive weapon in Chubb and a bunch of other injuries to key players yet he’s behind guys like Jim Harbaugh and Dan Campbell already is crazy. Even Sean McDermott with his failures shouldn’t be above him honestly.

People calling Kyle Shanahan overrated are smoking something strong. He's been to 2 super bowls and 4 NFC championships with Jimmy G and Brock Purdy. Anyone that's watched Receiver on netflix has seen how terrible Jimmy G is. If you gave him a QB like Mahomes or Josh Allen he'd be counting rings.

That's stupid, I'm not criticizing the guy making it to NFC championships and super bowls over the other coaches who don't do half as much.

Sirianni is the exact opposite of his quarterback you nit wit. SMH. That was the problem down the stretch…he couldn’t provide “answers to the test” as they say. Great guy to have in your corner but not the most knowledgeable as it pertains to certain particulars.

Siriani is the absolute worst coach in the league. Period. Has ZERO qualifications. In his first year, he had the play calling taken away from him or be fired. Steichen took over in the middle of the year and changed everything. He left, and everything fell apart. Siriani was on the verge of being fired again this past off-season. Instead, management took ALL his powers away, and THEY hired a whole new staff under him so as not to fire him and look like they made a huge mistake in hiring him in the first place.

Totally agree! Siriani got EXPOSED last season. Can't design or call plays. Was incapable of changing anything in response to what the other team was doing. Let his team get injury after injury because he had no plans to counter the defense. What exactly is Siriani's role if he doesn't have any of the skills required to be a coach?? Give Andy Reid a pen and the back of a napkin, and he could come up with a plan on the spot. For Siriani to be put ahead of Dougie P on this list is an absolute joke.

Harbaugh is overrated. He could have all the talent in the world & find a way to lose when it matters. Tomlin is at least consistent IMO, no matter how unorganized the team is. Lack of continuity & talent is holding him back. I have the Ravens winning a chip already if they switched places.

Zac Taylor is a top 10 coach in this league. He’s winning seasons the last 3 seasons, 2 in which went to back to back AFC Championships and a Super Bowl.

For the People who are calling kyle Shanahan overrated should really take a seat and learn some football. 2020 - made miracles with jimmy g who would eventually overthrow Emanuel sanders in the super bowl. 2022- Defeated the rams in a win or go home OT game in week 17, took a hobbled 49ers squad on the road to beat the cowboys, went into the frozen tundra and defeated the #1 seeded packers, eventually losing to the rams after running out of gas. all with dealing with jimmy g’s inconsistent play. 2023- lost trey lance, inserted jimmy g once again, lost jimmy g, inserted mr irrelevant who people would say couldn’t run, couldn’t throw like a franchise quarterback. ended up making it to the NFC championship game and lost because purdy got injured. 2024- Lost to Patrick mahomes and the Kansas City chiefs who had a stellar defense, same defensive coordinator who took down the all mighty 17-0 patriots. The same clowns saying he was never going to make it to the NFC championship game or even the Super Bowl in the first place are literally the same ones laughing about him not winning the NFC championship or super bowl.

It's his job not to lose the locker room, and he lost the locker room after that loss to the 49ers. The 49ers showed the NFL how to beat Hurts and the Eagles, and Sirianni couldn't make adjustments to stop every team after that from beating them and making both Hurts and that defense looking lost. That's why he's not that good, and everyone could see it. He's overrated and will be fighting to keep his job this season.

Zac Taylor one of the best culture builders in the league. Have dudes above him who he has had way more success then. He also coaches for one of the least wealthy owners in the league. Bengals coaches have to do way more in scouting and other departments than other coaching staffs. All the Tee Higgins stuff and Trey Hendrickson stuff just disappears in the either because Zac Taylor has built such a good culture there.

No Hurts got figured out, he's a one read and run qb that panics if he can't run out of the pocket. The 49ers showed the NFL that if you contain him to the pocket, he panics and makes mistakes. The Giants used this to beat the Eagles last season, the Giants....let that sink in. He's very overrated and will end up like Foles and Wentz, in a couple of seasons.

Campbell should be higher than LaFleur and Jim Harbaugh shouldn’t be 8 under no circumstances. If they’re going off of past success, then there’s no way that 16-18 should be where they are if you have Jim as high as he is

It's his job not to lose the locker room, and he lost the locker room after that loss to the 49ers. The 49ers showed the NFL how to beat Hurts and the Eagles, and Sirianni couldn't make adjustments to stop every team after that from beating them and making both Hurts and that defense looking lost.

McDaniels will still be the head coach for the Dolphins, the rest will be gone. McDaniels only had the best offense in the league last year, they had no starting offensive linemen left in the playoffs, what team is going to win a playoff game with all of their starting o-line out.

Whoever ranked this sucks at their job. First of all, we haven’t seen Jim Harbaugh coach in forever and he’s at 7, second Lafleur should not be above Tomlin and Shanahan shouldn’t be above John Harbaugh.

Get over yourself,when's the last time Tomlins team won a playoff game. Shanahan got to the Superbowl with trash a$$ Jimmy G, and 32 year old Emanuel Sanders. And the Same John Harbaugh that couldn't make adjustments to get that offense going against the Chiefs at all. No he's no longer great and is just riding on his reputation at this point. Lamar will never get to a Superbowl, he chokes and John doesn't have the right gameplan to thrive in the league right now. The last 5 seasons and playoffs have shown us he's not that good a coach anymore.

It’s funny you bring up that Super Bowl to try and make Shanahan look like he’s built different but don’t bring up how he still hasn’t won a Super Bowl with Deebo Samuel, Aiyuk, and Kittle their forever and now with CMC and a great defense just to lose to Mahomes with one of the worst WR cores in the nfl.

THE 2019 49ers was not a stacked roster. Jimmy G was always trash. Shanahan took a team with 3 different qbs to the NFCCG, and has gotten to 2 Superbowl in 5 years. Dan Campbell blew a 17 point lead and allowed the 49ers to comeback to beat him. That's why he's not top 5.
