I really do miss the GTA 4 cops. You had to do way more to get stars and even then they'd be like, oh well. In GTA 5 though, it's on sight! GTA 5 doesn't give you any chances and is absolutely going to make you work to lose that wanted level.

I mean, I dunno if I feel that way about the story mode AI... but by god by the time you get to MODERN ONLINE CAMPAIGNS... take the Merryweather mercs in some of the THE CONTRACT missions, I swear to holy christ that Merryweather drivers are using MAGIC to make those trucks drive at supercar speeds... ...but the crux of my mentioning them... Welllll... If they stand too close to your house or they see you through the windows then it will turn in CQC very quickly. I recommend (if you're Franklin) to stand behind the wall sticking out at the end of the hall downstairs and try not to stick your head out too much. If you wanna know how to get out of the house when there's like an endless wave of cops in your house then... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Paramedics got a downgrade too. GTA 4 they could actually revive people and load them into the Ambulance. They’d just drive around randomly after that. GTA 5’s paramedics show up, declare the patient dead (regardless if they’re still writhing on the ground or speaking), fill out a form and drive away, leaving the body behind.

My biggest problem with GTA V cops is, that you can hide in the furthest off corner of an alley, being out of sight for like 2 minutes when going off the main road, and cops will just come straigh at you...

@@MrWhiskey1yeah the police make zero sense sometimes you could full speed ram into a crowd of ten people and kill them all and the police wont care and other times if you literally tickle a person with your car the police will immediately come after you for like 10 minutes straight. escaping from the police is honestly just annoying because sometimes you could be like 200 metres behind one and they just suddenly know youre there even if they arent looking at you. its even worse if there is only one road you can escape on because they will just spawn going both directions so its literally impossible to escape until you get off the road

@@SkibidisiggmaAnd the spawning thing is ridiculous. One time i got a star so I drove so far i was literally on the other side of the map, and the police spawned up ahead of me. Why would they be checking there? Sometimes police spawn on both sides of the roads when they're looking for me so I have no escape .

Gta 4: we have an actual police force, coordination and we obey the lore. Gta 5: lets just chuck men at them and see what happens, oh they have a tank? No issue we have a unlimited supply of men.

One time a glitch happened while using the remove 1 star cheat code while robbing a gas station, I got rid of my wanted level but the cops still shot me so I left the station just to get another star. I used the code again but they didn’t go away so I ran in a car, used it again, but after a couple seconds I GOT ANOTHER STAR! I used it again but the second time I immediately switched to Frank and switched back just for Mike to be in the hospital for some reason 😂

My favorite GTA V cop story comes from watching my brother play. He tried to escape the police by running through a crowd waiting in front of a movie theater. Not only do the cops decide to start firing into the crowd, hitting numerous bystanders in the process, but when my brother reached the end of the road and turned around, he got a clear view of the cops EXECUTING the the injured moviegoers as they continued to chase after him.
