Man, i remember playing the crap out of Robocraft 1. I even have that cosmetic you get for participating in the alpha. I remember when they removed lootboxes from their game after it was anounced that they'd be made illegal in Belgium. I can't believe it's been over 10 years.

That flier was actually using the same gun as you. However they were able to deal more damage due to the lack of armour above your seat. I'd recommend trying to use up all of your available CPU especially when building fliers, as there is no advantave to useing less than the maximum. On your flier for example you could add extra thrusters, antigravs, 2 more lasers (so you have the maximum) and some armour.

This is a really interesting, more dynamic testing environment for your builds, I love it! Please don't let this be a one-off just because it was sponsored

I hope this game becomes like robocraft 1. Played It a long time ago I think it was 10 years now that I think about it... It was great for a while then they did bad change after change and I stopped playing completely. I HOPE that they make the game play for this one as creative as the one I played years back. Back in rc1 the vehicle you made was actually meta in like 2015, they were called drones and instead of antigravity there were helium cubes, good times

The flying setup you put together seems perfect for building a pod racer!

By doing the sandbox other than you did you can see robots without pilots they seem to be running entirely on those little things on its back and destroying some of them can lead to key failures like them not turning or the gun not shooting so hopefully this can spark up your creativity

Don't know if you've found out by now but you can hook up distance sensors to the guns, use a block to trip them and no you have a more accurate minigun.

You should try stormworks it's a great building game that you can push to its absoloute limits

Thats much more like the robocraft i remember when i first started playing years ago. It was more about the building and having fun untill it became over competitive and people started building flying bricks and tesla cubes

problem most of the time was in mass offset, try building something like a hexocopter with engines and anti-gravity blocks on each end and main gun in the middle of the craft

I remember robocraft 1 hate it. It was possible to put a top tier gauss rifle on a single block and motor then fly up to the world limit and out range every single starter machine and just bomb people from orbit

i played the playtest and flying vehicles in robocraft 2 if they dont have the lightest material dont want to fly unfortunately atleast back when i tried to make a flyer

I remember many years ago the first game had flying but for some reason the removed all of them witch was very annoying because i focused mainly on aircrafts

Why didn't you power one piston from the top and two from the bottom for the offset instead of thrusters?

Your piston motor is actually a really clever idea to create a funtionning drill because you can add as much strenght has your CPU allows it....motors in this game are so weak.....thinking about it, I never tried to stack motors to see if it actually gives more power to the entire thing, let's give it a try.

I think I cool idea would be if you could make a tandem rotor military helicopter in besiege? I think that might be interesting.

Guys, I have played the game a little and I have a few things to say. one is the opponents are way too overpowered. they have crazy weapons and also since I am in east asia, I get around 300 ping making the game unplayable.

I think it would be really cool if you checked out people playground, it can be really buggy but things like physic based guns are cool, I’ve seen people make case ejecting semiautomatic rifles using direct blowback, even some full autos

its sad that 2 was such a disappointment

i use to play that game so much i was one of the better players to the normal robocraft an even then it got really toxic an bad but was cool having a spider that could go up walls or hang upside down then just dropping rockets on people it was so much fun but the grinding was a little much and as well like i said it did become toxic after a little with people having no limits an making flying gun ships but good game for what you love to make you got everything from wheels to mech legs
