Күн бұрынAnimated running pokemon speed comparison race simulation. Include all Generations, Gen 1 to Gen 8, the latest Sword and Shield pokemons are also featured. We compare the fastest pokemons of each generation and bring them for the "Final Race". Time in seconds is calculated by dividing Base Speed from a set distance of 1000 units. Lets compare the fastest pokemons!

If I'm not mistaken, Deoxys speed after using Agility 3 times would be so fast that it would ignore Trick Room and go first anyway

it does not ignore trick room, the speed stat has a limit and when it's broken it resets back to zero so it's actually benefiting from trick room since, without it, it would move last

I believe Deoxys still could have won even if Shuckle inverted the race. When he did it, Shuckle became really fast and Deoxys became a fast Slowpoke

Gen 3 was kinda hard to predict because a LOT of pokemons boasted serious speed, but Since Deoxys pretty much specialises in a particular stat, i kinda figured he would win, since he has ability to stat dump.

Crazy that in the lore Dragonite is one of the fastest creatures in existence with a sustained top speed of nearly 1600 mph, but in the game it's about as fast as a Venusaur.

so, funny thing with the final race. Because of how trick room works behind the scenes, Deoxys-Speed at x4 speed goes so fast that it would still go first light explanation: The way trick room determines the actual turn order by treating your speed as if it's [10,000-Speed Stat], and then abusing the fact that, *when determining turn order*, the speed stat overflow starting at 8191 (integer limits) to loop higher speeds to become way smaller than they should be. problem is, if you have atleast 1809 Speed, then the end product of Trick Room's ends up being too low to overflow and so it stays faster than fucking everything no, do not ask me why it's like this

I used to use Inkay (the Dark/psychic squid looking pokemon) the skill Topsy-Turvy was so funny it flips stat boosts (using "Agility" 4x maxes speed out, use Topsy-turvy now speed is lowered to its lowest level). Ahh fun times

He would've crushed literally any other gen. Ninjask is the second fastest pokemon to ever exist, with the only Pokemon faster being Deoxys-Speed. This includes Mega Pokemon. And that's without taking into account his ability.

As funny as it was to see Shuckle get demolished by the slow effects from Pikachu, it’s completely stupid because everything up to the last race was genuine, but then Pokémon suddenly are allow to use moves and abilities!? Wouldn’t Pokémon tied to moves and abilities say Minior zoom past because he can stack up on sheep smashes? Or Ninjask say, uses his ability or stacks up on speed multipliers? It just doesn’t work. And honestly I don’t like with what they did with it. But Shuckle was funny lol, also take my criticism not personally but with a grain of salt since there were technically no rules...
