I listened to this yesterday and kept on repeating the affirmations untill I fell asleep. I went to school today and got so many compliments like "your face looks so pretty" and "you have such a cute nose", I never get compliments but today was just shocking. I highly doubt this was a coincidence.

I know you're asking the creator, but I figured I could help answer too. 🤗 Hand movements for Reiki help the healer move energies around. We have flowing energy and stagnant energies within our energy fields. The crystals vibrate at their own natural frequency which helps move stagnant energies in us as well as help certain energy points and chakras vibrate at the same or similar frequencies that can help us gain even more of our inner power. Video Reiki sessions can be just relaxing to people, but because time and space is an illusion- it can actually help us heal us if we agree to the energetic influence. Hope this all makes sense or helps answer your question. 🙌❤

Have you considered doing this using 2nd person "You"? Instead of "I" Ik "I am" affirmations are the go to for everyone, but I thought maybe u can expriment 🤔 maybe as someone talking to the viewers, using "You" could turn out super effective
