Thank you for this, Sarah. I'm going through some health problems right now and the doctors can't find exactly what is going on. I've been waking up in panic attacks daily for a while now. This has been calming and was waiting for me just as I woke up.

That was happening to me for a long time, it was awful. For me it slowly stopped happening after I quit vaping, but I had been exploring the possibility of sleep apnea or related issues with my doctor. I hope you find some relief ☁️

Yes thank on a ferry. Yes I live souvlaki - I used to come out to work here each summer in the 90’s and we lived off them. I’m at a week long event music camp and we are eating Ancient Greek inspired food apparently ..,

If you look at my live videos there is one there but I will add it to the list for when I get back from Greece at end of June. I will add that it is important to grieve and for now consciously take it out of the heart. It won’t stop the grief but you will be able to cope instead of getting bogged down with it xxx I’m very sorry for your loss
